Is there any free shipping?
No, there is no free shipping for delivering products at your address. However, delivery charges are only exempted when you pickup your order from our doorstep.
Can I pay through cash-on-delivery?
No, we are extremely sorry but there is no cash on delivery available. You need to pay online through our Paytm payment gateway.
Is there any other option available other than my Paytm wallet?
Yes, in the Paytm's payment page, you can pay through your debit or credit card. Or you can login into your Paytm wallet and then add money from your credit/debit card into your wallet and then pay.
My money has been deducted but the order has not been placed?
If you have been charged during the payment process but the order has not been placed, please wait for 2-3 business days for the amount to be auto-refunded. If auto-refund does not occur, contact us on our registered numbers or mail us at support@craftywrafty.in. Please make a note of the transaction number when it is displayed. This will help us to look quickly into the problem.

How do I order a product?
To order a product follow these simple steps:
  1. Login to your crafty wrafty account.
  2. Click on Buy Now button or add the selected product to your cart and go to your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top-right corner of the menubar.
  3. Select the quantity of the product that you wish to order.
  4. Click on Proceed button.
  5. Fill in all your shipping details and apply a promotional code(if you have one).
  6. Click on Proceed to Pay button
  7. You will be redirected to Paytm Payment Page where you will make the payment and wallah!! Your order is placed.
  8. To gather further details about processing your order, our team will contact your soon by end of the day.
Are refunds available?
We are extremely sorry but we do not provide refunds. We provide replacements in case you have received defective or misplaced products. To request a replacement, once you receive the product, contact us immediately within 2 days to our registered numbers or email us at support@craftywrafty.in. Please don't forget to take pictures of the damage as we require it as a proof.
I did not receive account email verification mail. What should I do?
First, refresh your mailbox and check it again. Then check your spam folder. If you still do not find the account verification mail, contact us on our provided numbers or email us at support@craftywrafty.in.
